Agro-Industrial Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated person to join our Sales Department. You will be responsible for covering a specific market area to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential customers within your assigned territory. You will be involved in cold callings, visits to customers sites to understand their needs, gather technical information, and collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions. You will follow up throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires overseeing each project stage to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English is mandatory
Experience in the fruit and vegetable sector and/or industrial machinery
Technical background, such as mechanical engineering or agronomy
Willingness to travel and flexibility in schedule
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Clarity and transparency in work and communication
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities, along with reliability and precision
