ELECTRICAL FIELD TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

We are looking for a Electrical Field-based Service Technician to be responsible for providing primary support and service onsite.
You will also be responsible for the onsite assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of automatic processing lines, specifically cabling and wiring.
This role is suited to an adventurous spirit, as there will be a lot of travel within Canada, including occasional trips to USA.
You will receive hands-on training and support with experienced colleagues.

Job Requirements:

Electrical and/or electronics experience and knowledge is required;
Familiarity with related tools (i.e. wiring, electronic workbench, use of computers, etc);
Cabling, wiring, usage of power/hand tools and the installation of our machinery;
Must be willing to travel, across Canada and sometimes USA;
Must be willing to work with a flexible schedule, on-call and overtime;
Valid driving license;
Reliability, flexibility and precision.

Your tasks:

Installation, commissioning, maintenance, fabrication and repair of fruit and vegetable processing lines;
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support;
Act as a link between the field and the Head Quarters service team, collecting and providing feedback from the market.
