Office Manager-South Africa

For our branch in Paarl Western Cape (South Africa) we are looking for an:


Job Description:

The person will be in charge of organizing and supervising all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, such as invoicing and debt collection.
The person will check work reports and expense reports, will organize trips for technicians and sales area managers and will be in charge of the tools and equipment inventory.
She will also have to deal with the relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Job Requirements:
  • Accounting knowledge;
  • HR managing experience;
  • Computer proficiency required;
  • Must be cooperative, flexible and a good listener;
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role;
*Must possess a valid driving license and an acceptable driving record.
