Experience in the fruit & vegetable industry, agro-processing, or industrial machinery.
Technical aptitude (mechanical, automation, agricultural, or similar experience is advantageous but not essential).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong skills in analysis, organisation, and project follow-up.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage your time effectively.
Flexibility to travel (approx. 60% travel / 40% office, depending on season), including trade shows and industry events.
